Three Way Builders Ltd. has been actively involved in commercial project management and commercial construction since 1987. As business people ourselves, we understand the needs and concerns of the business customers whom we serve, and we understand the important role that successful buildings play both as profit-generating facilities and as prudent corporate investments.

In recent years, Three Way Builders Ltd. has responded to the growing trend for businesses to invest in low-rise commercial and industrial structures consisting of pre-engineered steel buildings with metal roofs. A high profile project of this type completed recently was the Loewen Learning Resource Centre for Providence College in Otterburne, Manitoba.

Our commercial construction experience is diverse and extensive. We excel at all aspects of commercial construction - pre-engineered steel structures, precast concrete, block wall and built-up roof systems, and wood structures. Typical commercial projects range from 7000 to 50,000 sq. ft. (650 to 4650 square meters) with total budgets between $400,000 and $6 million. A recent example of a successfully tendered commercial construction project is the sixty-bed Extended Personal Health unit in Steinbach, Manitoba, one of our single largest commercial projects to date.
